Outdoor experiences at Quail Ridge Reserve inspire the next generation of leaders and scientists. Your donation gets them out in the field. Gators are all-terrain vehicles that student researchers need to access the Quail Ridge Reserve. Gators are lightweight with big tires, minimizing their impact on the unpaved roads of these protected wildlands. These adventures have long-lasting impact!

About the fund
The UC Davis Quail Ridge Reserve Fund helps expand and manage a protected natural area dedicated to research and teaching. The idyllic California landscape of Quail Ridge Reserve is home to innovative research that brings together natural sciences and new technologies. Research experiences in the wildlands of Quail Ridge transform the lives of students who spend time here with their peers and mentors. Your gifts directly support activities including land acquisition, student use, sustainability, and purchase of research equipment.

About your donation
The UC Davis Quail Ridge Reserve depends on donations and community support to fund a variety of essential needs, from helping us buy land for conservation to installing solar panels to providing research support and equipment for students. Your gift will ensure that we are able to help students and scientists access their remote research sites and travel safely across this 2500-acre reserve. Your gift will qualify for a tax-deduction in accordance with IRS regulations.
Please give to the Quail Ridge Reserve Fund, which supports land acquisition, sustainability, and research. Our current priority is the purchase of a John Deere Gator to facilitate student research on the reserve.
