April 09, 2021

Dear supporters, friends and colleagues,We want to thank you from the bottom of your hearts for your generosity. You helped us reach close to 90 percent of our crowdfunding goal, which allowed us to purchase six blue yeti podcasting microphones and accoutrements for the symposium. This will ensure grad student presenters and MC's can produce high quality audio for the virtual symposium as well as any future recorded presentations and lectures. We want to invite you to also attend the symposium, which is free and open to the public. It will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily Monday April 26 - April 29.You can register for the Zoom webinar here: ww.tinyurl.com/nasregisterWe will also broadcast the symposium live from our Facebook event. Here is the link: https://fb.me/e/1bXzugZhkWe will be circulating a schedule of presentations and keynote. We have nearly 25 grad student and community presentations confirmed for the four days, covering a broad range of Indigenous studies topics, methodologies and investigations. We hope to see you there! Sincerely,UC-Davis Native American Studies Graduate Student Association

Donate $150 and receive a print of this brilliant artwork

February 04, 2021

If you donate $150, you will receive a fine print of this incredible artwork by Tori McConnell (Karuk/Yurok). She was asked to paint her vision of decolonized and liberated Yurok/Karuk homelands, and this is what she created!

Thank you! We're almost one quarter of the way there.

February 03, 2021

Thank you to everyone who has donated,= and pushed us over the $1000 mark! So far we have the most donors of any of the UCDavis crowdfunding projects. Hooray! Help us reach our goal by sharing our page on social media and through email. Reaching $5000 means we will have the podcasting equipment and techy help to ensure we pull off a great virtual conference.
