Aggies Helping Aggies, UC Davis’s official Student Foundation, aims to promote awareness and resources for philanthropy on campus, with an emphasis on the importance of giving and the impact it has on the community.
Since 1983, UC Davis seniors have left their mark on the university by supporting the UC Davis Annual Fund, a fund that routes money raised by the university to where it is needed most on campus. This year Aggies Helping Aggies is partnering with the Aggie Compass Basic Needs Center this year to help raise funds for their newly established Rapid Rehousing Program. We challenge members of the Senior Class of 2021 to make a small contribution and help leave a positive legacy for future Aggies.
ABOUT YOUR DONATION
Your gift will directly support the Aggie Compass Basic Needs Center on campus. Their current priority is the Rapid Rehousing Program which provides safe, stable housing for UC Davis students, as well as a meal plan and individual case management focused on holistic and academic success. We ask for your support in giving what you can. A gift of any amount makes a big difference.
This gift will provide a hygiene kit for a homeless student. Hygiene kits include toiletries like shampoo, deodorant, and toothpaste, as well as a mini first aid kit and an Aggie Compass mask.
This gift will provide a bedding set for any student in need. Bedding sets come with twin size comforters, sheets, and a pillow.
This gift will provide a move-in kit for a student in Aggie Compass’s Rapid Rehousing program. The move in kits include bedding sets, an extra blanket, hygiene kits and laundry kits.
This gift will provide all equipment and dishes for a kitchen in our Rapid Rehousing program. The kitchens are fully stocked with bowls and plates, silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards and more.
