Aggies Helping Aggies, UC Davis’ official Student Foundation, believes that students supporting each other reinforces UC Davis’ mission to make the world a better and more equitable place.
Through the Student Emergency Relief Aid award, we aim to support our fellow Aggies in times of hardship. Over the past two years, our Trustees have awarded $72,922 to 78 students. This aid primarily went to support students who experienced financial insecurity from unexpected events such as job losses, natural disasters, physical and mental health emergencies, or the passing of family members, thus allowing them to focus on their academic pursuits. While we were not able to award all applicants, we were able to refer many to Aggie Compass, the Pantry, and other resources to assist with their basic needs.
This year, we expect to receive a greater demand for financial support, given the current circumstances. Your gift will directly help us give back to fellow UC Davis students and ensure that we can continue operating in the future.

A gift at this level can help cover a student’s rent or other major expenses, helping them stay on track with their education. As a special form of appreciation, you will receive a handwritten thank-you note from the Student Foundation Board. We are so grateful for your support!
