Community engagement brings together individuals and groups through collaborative relationships, partnerships and networks.
Public Scholarship and Engagement is a university-wide office that builds and supports meaningful connections between communities and UC Davis scholars. A gift to PSE will help fund Public Scholars for the Future, a program that provides training and funds for doctoral students developing community engaged research with non-university partners.
Along with helping graduate students to begin incorporating community engagement into their field of study, Public Scholars for the Future also offers mentoring and financial support for their research.
