The UC Davis Center for Center for African Diaspora Student Success (CADSS) was established in 2015 to provide space for students to engage with peers in a collaborative and supportive environment. CADSS is described as a "home away from home". Private support remains crucial to the success of the center and goes to such activities as tutoring, mentoring, behavioral health, nutritional insufficiency and other services designed to ensure every student's academic success.
